This eight colour set of 22awg wire arrived in a generic cardboard box, inside which you'll find the individual wire colours neatly coiled onto small plastic spools and secured with some clear plastic wrap. Alongside the silicone wire itself you'll also get a set of colour matched zip-ties, colour matched heat-shrink and a basic wire stripper tool. The box itself also works as a dispenser, so you can unravel each wire colour, poke the end out of the box and then grab what you need from each spool conveniently without having to open the box.
Oddly the bottom of the box has a wire chart that has significantly different values than the one in the product listing's images, but I would say that the one in the product listing is closer to what I'd expect for this wire. It's fairly common for these affordable import wires to have wild claims about the voltage and amperage, but having two contradictory charts doesn't help matters.
The wire on the spools has the claimed silicone insulation and once you strip that back you'll find the 60/0.08mm stranded wire inside. Both of which give it that signature flexibility and durability when exposed to motion, making it especially good for awkward locations where you're having to bend, twist and otherwise work around obstacles. Like all affordable import wire I gave it a quick couple of tests to verify that it's using real copper, which included a magnet test, sanding through the tin coating and checking the resistance with a multimeter. It had no problem passing all of these tests, the strands are non-magnetic, pure copper shows through the sanded strands and the full 6.1m length of wire measured at 0.32Ω.
So aside from the two wire charts contradicting each other, it's a perfectly serviceable wire for many applications, projects and repairs as long as you've got reasonable expectations. The £21.99 asking price does put this about 10p higher per metre of 22 awg than my usual source of cheap silicone wire from Amazon, but you do get an extra colour of wire and some extra bits in the box. I'd have no major concerns or issues recommending this and I'd buy another box if I needed more or different thicknesses on short notice.
