How long does shipping take?

We provide fast local delivery from our regional warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Canada, and Australia — typically within 3–7 business days.

 

If the local warehouse is out of stock, your order will be fulfilled from our main warehouse in China. In that case, delivery will take approximately 7–25 business days depending on your location and shipping method.

 

We also offer express shipping via DHL or UPS, which usually arrives in 3–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our regional warehouses whenever local inventory is available. We currently have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Canada, and Australia.

 

If the item is not available in your region’s warehouse, your order will be shipped from our main warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

 

In either case, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping to most countries via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your region.

  • If your order is shipped from a local warehouse, express delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

  • If shipped from our main warehouse in China, express delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.

 

To use expedited shipping, please select the Express Shipping option at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For orders shipped from our local warehouses (in the US, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada, or Australia), no customs duties or import taxes will apply.

 

However, if your order is shipped from our main warehouse in China, it may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

You can also contact our support team at crm@ledlightsworld.com if you need help tracking your shipment or have not received tracking details within the expected timeframe.

Are all products eligible for free shipping over $399?

Most of our products are eligible for free standard shipping on orders over $399.

 

However, certain oversized or special-order items may not qualify. In such cases, we will clearly indicate this on the product page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date.

 

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I request a return?

All returns must be pre-approved before shipping the items back. We’ll provide you with return instructions within 1 business day.

Do you accept returns for customized products?

Unfortunately, customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 3–5 business days.

What is a LED Poster Display used for?

LED Poster Displays are designed for digital signage and commercial advertising in high-traffic areas such as retail stores, shopping malls, showrooms, airports, and exhibitions.

 

They offer bright, vivid visuals that attract attention and are ideal for displaying promotional videos, brand messages, event announcements, and more. Compared to traditional posters, LED posters are dynamic, reusable, and more engaging.

Can I use it both indoors and outdoors?

Yes — our LED Poster Display series includes both indoor and outdoor models.

  • Indoor models are perfect for shopping malls, trade shows, and retail spaces, offering high brightness and slim designs.

  • Outdoor models are built with weatherproof enclosures, higher brightness levels, and IP-rated protection to ensure visibility and durability in exterior environments.

Can the content on the screen be updated remotely?

Yes, most of our LED Poster Displays support remote content updates.

 

Depending on the model, content can be uploaded via:

  • Mobile App (WiFi control)

  • USB drive

  • Cloud platform (available on selected models)

 

For example:

  • EP Series, EP GOB Series, EP Outdoor Series support both App and Cloud control.

  • EP Series-P does not support cloud control but still supports WiFi and App updates.

Can I customize the size or branding of the LED poster?

Yes, we offer customization options for both branding and screen size.

  • Size: In addition to our standard sizes (640×1920mm and 960×1920mm), we can customize the dimensions to suit your specific application.

    Custom sizes are available even for small batch orders.

  • Branding: We support customization of startup screen, frame color, and logo printing on the device or packaging.
