This transformer is built like a tank.It s stout!All you have to do is plug it in and start programming your lights.A couple of reviewers mention the directions not being the easiest to follow,I have to agree,but there are YouTube videos explaining things so watch them and the programming becomes easier.Besides once programmed your done. Your lights turn on and off as you want or use the dusk to dawn sensor.Try it you ll like it!
I actually bought two of these because I have so many lights in my backyard. They look like they are made very well, and are easy to mount and program. I would recommend getting one.
Received it earlier today.It was a simple change out from one I already had in place. Anchors and screws were included for easy mounting at the location of my choosing.A screwdriver was even included. Now lets talk programming.This is, by far,the easiest transformer to program that I have ever had.The settings of your choosing are easy to set you can choose the default dusk dawn option or set them manually easily done. I have about 30 lights running off of it and all are illuminating great.Compared with the set up of my former set,this was a cake walk. I especially like the digital clock read out on the front its easy to see,set and adjust as needed.
There were only 2 negatives I could find so far about this transformer: they aren t compatible with dimmable lights and the instructions could have been better written.For me,those 2 items weren t worth deducting a star over.The good quality and great value of this transformer more than compensates for these small issues.
