This is good quality 5 conductor wire with a proper layer of protective insulation. The flexible outer jacket is glossy in appearance and approximately 5.5mm in diameter. The rated temperature of 80 is well within most applications. The individual wire insulation was cleanly removed using quality stripping pliers without losing any of the tinned conductors. The conductor tinning helps to prevent oxidation at your connections and promotes better solder joints when needed. The availability of five conductors makes this suitable for a wider range of applications where 22AWG wire is appropriate.

As expected, this is 4-conductor stranded 22AWG wire. Nice 4 conductor stranded 22AWG wire, to be sure. The individual color coded conductors are embedded in black rubbery plastic. They solder without difficulty. It's pretty flexible, not too stiff. The length is 5 meters.
