An inline connector to the 12v feed to the led strip that allows the leds to be controlled by the supplied remote control. There are eight different flashing modes along with the ability to reduce the brightness of the led��s to 50% and 25% of the full brightness. In addition the remote control can turn on and 0off the led strip. This is for white led strips only, not multi coloured. It works flawlessly and is a great way to control under counter lighting!
The '11-Key RF Mini Wireless Remote Controller for Single Colour 3528 5050 LED Strip Lights with 2 DC Connector, RF Dimmer for 12V DC' arrived in a resealable bag with instructions. The first thing that should be checked before use is that the lights this controller is to be used with are 12V as some are 24V and others 5V. Installation of this controller was easy, as it was just a case of plugging in both sides into the existing circuit whilst removing the existing switch. For myself the existing LED switch and subsequent controller is the opposite side of the room to the normal light switch at the door, so I used hook and loop stickers to attach the remote to the light switch which means I can turn this controller on as I enter the room, so not requiring the main lights; the controller is about 5m from the remote.
