Lead Time
If stock is available, products will ship within 5 business days. For models requiring production, the typical lead time is 10–15 business days. Only a limited number of models are kept in stock—if you have urgent requirements, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery schedule.
Shipping & Terms
This product line follows our Free Shipping Policy for orders over $399 (freight cost already included in pricing).
- Free Freight: 10–20 days (Air + Ground) — economy air shipping, no additional charge.
- Priority Freight: 7–15 days (Air + Ground) — faster air delivery option at checkout.
All shipments are dispatched directly from our China headquarters.
DDP Terms
Listed shipping methods are offered under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning customs clearance, duties, and taxes are included. If DDP is not supported in the destination country, we will coordinate alternative terms (e.g., EXW / FOB) to ensure smooth delivery.
To Customize a Stretched LCD Bar Display
We recommend selecting from our standardized bar models, which have been developed and tested by our factory team for the best balance of performance, cost, and delivery time.
- Bar-type displays are made by cutting full-size LCD panels and integrating dedicated control boards and housings. Because of this process, bar screens can cost more than conventional panels, and the final dimensions must follow the source panel & controller constraints.
- The sizes listed on this page are our pre-defined versions. We also support custom dimensions, but exact width/height may vary slightly based on feasibility. For example, a requested 1200 × 500 mm might be produced as 1200 × 450 mm or 1200 × 550 mm.
- Logistics is a significant cost component (even with our Free Shipping over $399 on standard orders). For special sizes or bulk purchases, please contact us for a FOB quotation and a tailored shipping estimate.

About the CMS (content management system)
For different control board used for the LCD stretched display screen, the CMS would be different. For our Stretched LCD bar screen, the defaulted system we use is HUIDU.
The buyer can choose to use their own CMS or ask us to provide.
