Treatment

1. Turn the blue light source on.
2. Wear protective goggles before starting treatment.
3. Ensure the area being treated is uncovered.
4. Position yourself about 12–16 inches from the light source.
5. Allow the blue light to irradiate the area for 10–20 minutes.
6. Repeat 3–7 times a week for best results.
