This refund policy applies to all purchases made on LEDLightsWorld.com.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right. We offer a 60-day return policy on most eligible items.

2. 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Most products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the invoice date. All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us at crm@ledlightsworld.com before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may be rejected.

3. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in original packaging and condition
- All accessories, instructions, and packaging must be included
- Missing items or damaged packaging may incur up to 15% restocking fee
- COD or Freight Collect returns will not be accepted

4. Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 60 days. We can only exchange for items of equal value. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after return is received and approved
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Non-returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Opened or used items (e.g., SMD LED chips once opened)
- Clearance, promotional, or sample orders
- Large-volume orders unless defective

7. International Orders
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, import/export duties and clearance fees
- Returns may not be accepted in all regions due to customs restrictions
- Please contact us first to confirm return eligibility in your country
