Caution

Usage & Storage

• Avoid high ambient temperatures to prevent brightness and performance degradation.
• Store unopened LEDs at 5–30°C, <60% RH; after opening, store at <30% RH and use within 168 hours (MSL3).
• Dehumidify if exposure exceeds the time limit.

ESD Protection

• Handle with anti-static wrist strap or gloves.

Soldering

• Follow recommended reflow profile; max 2 cycles.
