Not a diffuser,it s just a cover.

I used this for my game room,easy to use and to install.Lights look great under the frosted top cover.

The white cover uniformly and elegantly enchanted the brightness of lights.It was tedious to cut corners as I do not have tracking connectors.I did not use the brackets because it was hard to install uniformly on carpet.I pre drill into the track itself and use provided screws.The screws did not hinder the lights.Overall great product.
