In addition to Full Spherical Displays, this product line includes Hemispheres, Dome-top, and custom-shaped LED screens—developed through years of mold investment and design experience. All listed models can be adapted into dome or hemisphere versions upon request.
Creating a custom LED sphere screen — especially with different diameters and pixel pitches — often involves high upfront costs due to mold development, structural adaptation, and calibration complexity.
However, with over 10 years of experience in LED display manufacturing, we’ve accumulated a wide range of ready-to-use modules, molds, and mechanical designs for sphere screens. This allows us to offer faster delivery times and more competitive pricing.
All Sphere LED Display products featured on this page are designed and manufactured by our own factory and strategic manufacturing partners (HUAKE, JIZHI, and XINSHI). By integrating the accumulated versions and resources, we are able to offer our customers a broader selection.
We recommend selecting from the versions listed below. Even if some of the large-sized products do not display a specific price, any listed version indicates that we already have the necessary molds. Choosing from existing models can significantly reduce lead time and cost.

Shipping Note: All models are shipped directly from our China headquarters. We offer Free Freight (30–35 days via Sea + Ground) to most countries, with Priority Freight (9–18 days via Air + Ground) available at checkout. As freight cost is a significant part of the total price, you may contact us to arrange your own logistics and receive an FOB quote if needed.
For sphere displays ≥ 2 meters, products are shipped in parts and assembled on-site. Due to the complexity of logistics, automated freight quotes are unavailable. Please contact us to discuss shipping, lead time, and project details.

To Customize a Spherical LED Display
We recommend selecting from our existing sphere models, which have been maturely developed and tested by our factory team. This approach ensures the best balance between performance, cost, and delivery time.
However, if your project requires a fully customized version, please be aware of the following:
- 1. Each variation in diameter or pixel pitch requires a completely new module design, as spherical LED screens cannot use standard modules like flat displays.
- 2. A custom spherical screen typically involves 2 to 30 uniquely shaped modules (or more, depending on the geometry). Each module type involves a development cost, and production cannot begin without the full set of modules confirmed.
- 3. That said, we’re happy to support your customization requests, including specifications such as LED brand, control system, brightness, surface treatment, and more. Our engineering team will work with you to evaluate feasibility and provide a clear quotation.
In most cases, choosing from our ready-made models is the most practical and cost-efficient path—but we're here to support either route. If you’re considering a custom version, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Steel Structure of the Sphere Display Screen
The design and manufacture process of the steel structure of the LED spherical display screen also has high requirements.
If the structure is not precise enough, it will affect the surface fixation of the module, the flatness of the splicing and whether there are obvious seams. These will eventually affect the display effect.
Larger diameter LED spherical displays are shipped in several parts, and then reassembled on site. If the structural design is reasonable, it will reduce the difficulty of installing large-sized spherical displays, saving time and manpower.

The LED Spherical Display is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Generally speaking, the indoor full-color spherical screen has a pixel pitch of 2mm (P2), 2.5mm (P2.5), 3mm (P3), 4mm (P4). Outdoor full color pixel screen has a pixel pitch of >5mm (P5).Through the 3D Spherical LED display, we can easily associate with the Circular LED display, but in fact, the generation process of the spherical LED display will be more difficult.
