SMD Usage Considerations:

1, SMD LED should be sealed in a dry environment, prevent LED from moisture absorption

2, To ensure sealing bag securely sealed before use

(Such as sealing bag breakage, leakage, should be required to repay the company again dehumidification, repackaging)

3, Opened the sealed bag, LED should be finished using within 12 hours(welding is complete)

4, It is recommended that customer: opened the sealed bag, with dial directly into the oven, temperature is 70 degrees, bake for more than 12 hours, and then take out welding.

5, SMD3528, 5050 welding recommends customers to use reflow (not recommended soldering iron welding, soldering iron temperature in excess of 300 degrees)

6, Reflow temperatures adopt 220-230° welded, as the most suitable (generally require 5050 reflow soldering temperatures below 3528, 5050 welding temperature with General recommendation 220 ± 5 degrees.
